tips : get up early

     

        Feeling refreshed and ready to perform activities in the morning is not easy especially with a stack of a stressful job and was forced to take time to sleep. Most of the switch to kaffein to survive, but this is only temporary and after a few hours you will again feel the need to take a nap.



Here are the instructions to start the morning with a right without feeling deprived of sleep:
  • Sleep early, wake up early

  Experts suggest you should sleep six to eight hours per night for adults to feel more refreshed. Some people may need more or less depending on their sleep patternsIf you are a restless sleep, try to sleep a half hour earlier than you normally do and get upabout 15 minutes earlyYou'll wonder where 15 minutes can make a big difference in your day.

  • Wake up to the right

  • exercise in the morning


There's nothing  you can do better than exercise in the morning and does not need to be done as a routine exercise. Do a run or walk a half hour or even yoga movements. This not only makes your morning feels better, but you look better too.

  • breakfast


Breakfast is the key right up. Fruit juice, cereal or fruit can give you all the energy andnutrients that you need to start the day properly. Do not stop breakfast and try not to get toomuch caffeine and sugar in the morning. These are temporary relievers nagtuk andeventually you will feel worse.

  • Plan and prepare before


There's nothing  worse than a rush in the morning to find clothes, shoes and keys. Set aside time at night to collect the purposes of the morning, so you'll feel so much time can you save by doing this.

  • Take a deep breath


Not  usually wake up in the morning with bad feelings and nervous, especially you will facebusy days. When you feel this, find a place of relaxation and breathe deeply
